Folks

Try hard as I may I was not able to set the clock. I would twist the knob clockwise and hold it for a few seconds, and still the AM/PM indicator would not come up allowing me to change to EST (from DST). It took the mechanic a few seconds to adjust it. Is there any (undocumented) technique to set the clock? Are there any service issues?

    thanks

I can't say I've ever noticed the AM/PM thing. When I reset the clock for the end of daylight savings, I just twisted the knob until the display read the appropriate time...
