My 2003 came with P-ST's, a great off road tire in mud and snow! Only stuck once when I drove into a new drift that formed the night before in a storm as I was driving on a snowmobile trail. However the ST's were very noisy but had a very aggressive tread with large blocks for traction. I went through two sets and would have purchased another but due to noise complaints, Perelli changed the tire to the STR.
Which Perelli did you have on your 2004?-Dick

Dick, not sure exactly, they were OEM on the 2004, I just remember Pirelli Scorpions. I had two pairs of them before I left Germany and then in the US I had the STRs.
On a side note, I just ordered Michelin Pilot Sport AS Plus for the 2008.
