2001xc70: After cleaning the MAF I noticed that the turbo control valve was chattering loudly.....and in time with the variable idling speed we experience (I assume this is the etm beginning to fail). Is this normal? If there is a leak on the vacuum system I guess this could cause variable idling too.
Any comments?

Leak on the vaccum system will cause it .
