    Default Rear Driveshaft Installation Questions

    1998 V70 XC

    1. Is there a sealant that needs to be applied to the mating surfaces? The CV joints have an opening it the end covers on this model.

    2. Torque spec for the bolts?

    there's no sealant needed that I know of for the CV's
    Torque the 6 flange bolts on the CV's to 30 N/m
