    Default What model Volvo is this?

    Apparently, it's a fairly tough one.

    They are "destroying" it for the cash for clunkers program.

    I didn't think a car would run that long without oil, coolant, and a sodium silicate solution added to the crankcase.

    That car looked to be in fair condition, and I thought gas mileage was good on models like that!?!?

    I'm surprised it is worth less than the $3500-4500 the owner is getting for it to be destroyed. Maybe some really high mileage or damage not shown.

    That's bull, we can pay for idiots to have fun destroying perfectly good engines but we can't afford health coverage for the most vulnerable in our society, that's warped man (and I don't just mean the cylinder head )

    That is a 98-01 S80 T-6 they are riddled with electrical and trans issues, they are junk in my eyes, I would never buy a S80, the 4500 they might have gotten was more than they could have sold it for.
