98 XC70, tan, 104K, bad tranny - Offers?

98XC70, 104K miles. The transmission is shot, just recently.

Rest of the car is fantastic - Interior is relatively clean, everything works, knobs/buttons/etc. Even the heated seats work, A/C is chilly.
3rd row seat, cargo cover, still has the nets and the trunk carpet.
Exterior is lovely. Baseball sized ding in the roof from a baseball - duh.

New tires 4000 miles ago. New rear brakes 5000 miles ago. Engine mounts fixed a year ago.

The bevel and/or VC/driveshaft is bad. I would hazard a guess that the car needs a new transmission. I can't do it myself (no driveway, no garage) and I'm not going to pay someone to do it.

Make me an offer i can't refuse.
