How do we go about ordering one? will this be set up like a group buy or do we just order it from him directly?

I'm not sure. I've never been involved with a group buy in the past. I'm only interested in getting folks what they need.

It may be simpler to go direct with Randy Ellis Designs, as each of you may have different requirements, finish, lamp mount locations, S/H to your location, etc...

If possible I'd really like to attempt re-capture of the costs ~$100.00 of the jig set-up. Maybe $5-$10 additional to your requirements total?

I'll talk to Randy and we"ll go forward from there.

Randy has been on vacation down in Mexico so I was finally able to talk to him today.

He will entertain a Group Buy of ten (10) bars or more. He is suggesting that you all agree on a raw bar finish cost, powder coating is running $135 additional. Shipping and handling will be lower because he'll be able to palletize the bars and truck ship them rather than put them in individual boxes for shipment.

If we can't get enough folks for the Group Buy he will consider "One Offs" with each of you on an individual basis. This may be the best option folks.

Sorry guys I have to pull out, I realized that the design is not what I was expecting.
It seems more a mount for extra lights than anything else.

If you or anyone else for that matter are looking to take it further please contact Randy directly. He has a very talented team there in Phoenix.

He can probably take what I've started to the next level; wrapping under or up and around the head lamps. This guy has a very good eye and can fabricate anything... for anything out there.

I think you should just go direct with Randy brother. I don't see anyone jumping in for a group buy at this juncture. The workmanship is awesome. My Hella 4000 Compacts are enroute...
