    Default Auto locking?

Just bought a beautiful white 2005 2.5T AWD and love it so far. It is pretty much as base as they come so i was wondering if the doors lock automatically ( its crazy if they don't). Anyone know how to activate this maybe? My vehicle didn't come with a manual.... Thanks

You'll need the dealer to enable the autolocking feature on your vehicle. More here.

A link to the online owner's manual is just a click away.

How do you use those codes for changing the settings?
I would like my seats to be on the hottest setting.

    Thanks!

The codes that you refer to in the link are the part order numbers that the dealer uses to download the software to the vehicle. To alter the seat heater settings, you will still need your dealer to order and download the specific software.

and I am assuming that they charge for that.
Can you do it with a scan tool?

Also, do you know what all the info means when you hold the "read" button, and press the two fog lights together?

    Naturally.

The download can only be performed via VIDA (Vehicle Information & Diagnostics for Aftersales) at any authorized Volvo dealer.

    No idea.
