Well, I picked up the XC70 yesterday, the run up the motorway to my place was nice and smooth.
However, when I got to the track leading up to my farm, the rear suspension sounds like a load of nuts...

The trouble, with mass produced parts is heat treatment, most are case hardened, or carburised, and that leaves only a relatively thin hard case/surface.
That case/surface then wear over a "known"...

Was driving it for about 20 minutes yesterday, could not feel any issues with the transmission.
