It's under the passenger seat.
General rule of thumb on ABS cars is 5% change in rolling distance either way is maximum. 8% on cars without ABS. It will in 95% of cases fit, and work without issues.
And more facts! What are the mods needed this far? Could we get a writeup? :D

04 is the only model with that type og black plastic trim. You're gonna have to order a new one, but i'm sure you'll manage to sell the one you have for a nice price - but it still sucks :(
Sorry, it's difference in the tire diameter.
The haldex tolerance is 3/32 inches, or 2.38mm. Between that and 4% it might work fine, over 4% it will behave like Gazdoks car.
Are all your wheels of identical type and thread? Doesn't take much for it to choke up.
