    Usually, yes. But if the trans is running in "warm up mode" it may be most noticable on 2-3 shifts, which are hard (er) than any other, if you have worn mounts.

    With new plugs/coils electrical should be ok.
    Put a gauge on the fuel rail and check pressures.

    Your fuel pump might be going south, or dirty fuel filter.

    Visually check upper and lower for deterioration, then you can have someone shift from P to R, see if the engine rocks back and forth excessively.
