Biography:

I wanted to own a Volvo since 1975. I was visiting family in Austria, and my much older cousin took me on a day trip to a friend's restaurant on the Danube. I was impressed with the car while sitting in the back seat with his children.
We chatted about this unique car which I didn't see much of in Canada at that time.
It was boxy...different. It had those see-through bar head rests. AND the most important thing ... he said that Volvo was coming out with TURBO the next year. THAT EXCITED ME!
