Got the brush guard/light-bar done, the Euro-Polizei supplier was way too much money to import, the lights work off the existing circuit (same bulbs - bigger lights!) So much to do! Product liability insurance delay, Peoples Republik of Kalifornia delay (They haven't figured out that they are broke yet - like crack addicts), CNC machine break down, European supplier shipping delay (month long 'holiday'!) - I've a headache! But a trip to JT' (sunny and 80) should fix that...

Any-hoo, I have higher-rate springs on the way, at last! that was an act of Congress and a hail-Mary - the springs will lift the XC due to less 'sag'... stiffer as well. that with the 52mm system will net 110mm (4"+) of lift. Next project is the urethane bushings and the strut tower reinforcement / tower brace plates. On and on it goes - And, sent the prototype 'Scöld och Hammare' (Shield and hammer) replacement grill, with drawings off to be cut and powder-coated - the pic is of the high-tech cardboard-fiber, Krylon-coated, Sharpie' hole simulation test piece!

Yeesh! had the 52mm lifts ready to ship - and then the product liability insurance people said that they needed more information... grrrr... bureaucratic nonsense!
