Does the Turbo need to be drained when the oil is changed? If so, how often and how's it done and do I need any extra parts such as O-rings or filter or special tool? Thanks..........

No. Oil in the turbo will drain out when you change the oil. I get my oil hot, and let it drain till it drips (instead of steady stream) to make sure as much of the old oil and crud is out before I refill.

The oil return line is famous for leaking on these cars. It is nearly impossible to access to replace the gasket. I have a small drip on mine, and just ignore it, as I can't face the aggravation of fixing it.;)
