oil change/suspension info

I am collecting all the needed supplies for my first oil change on my MY07 XC70. I have tried searching but to no avail. Does anyone know where I can find the torque specifications for the oil drain plug as well as the oil filter cap, and checking torque on the suspension parts? Thanks in advance

The torque specification for the oil filter cap is stamped on the cap and as I recall it says 25Nm, but VADIS states it is 35Nm... The VADIS designation of the drain plug specification is 38 NM. If you are going to be doing your own oil changes regularly, consider replacing the drain plug with a Fumoto valve. It certainly expedites the process.
