My wife had a minor incident in an icy parking lot and chipped the right lower tail light lens. Can anyone give me any pointers on how to replace this unit? The search feature didn't yield any usable results on the lens, just the bulbs. Any help much appreciated.

The best price I've found on the replacement is from OEM Volvo Parts (http://catalog.eautopartscatalog.com/tayco/quote.jsp?header=header.jsp&footer=footer.jsp&product=P9010-136827&partner=tayco&baseurl=http://www.oem-volvo-parts.com/&clientid=oem-volvo&cookieid=208142BMY208142BMX). Anyone have any experience with them?

Thanks again for any help,
Don

FWIW: I have never heard of "OEM Volvo Parts". A quick search of the Better Business Bureau entity serving Pumona, California resulted in no information about "OEM Volvo Parts" or "AllOEMAutoParts".

Thanks Willy, if that won't do it for me, I deserve whatever I have to spend to pay someone to do it for me.

Thanks Bill, I'm leaning toward this used unit I found on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=016&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=260082666780&rd=1,1). After all, the one she chipped we've used for almost three years already. And it's definitely OEM.

Thanks again guys.

Thanks for the excellent document. I was finally able to route my Sirius antenna fully hidden. I couldn't get the d-pillar cover removed before.

FWIW, I routed my antenna wire under the rubber cover to the back end of the roof rails. After removing the top taillight assembly and the trim piece, I could run the antenna wire under the top trim piece, behind the taillight assembly and into the D-pillar, then inside the cargo compartment side panel, under the door kickplates to the front A-pillar location.
