Fan Blower

Hello all. I was curious to know if anyone knew where to purchase an after market fan blower for an 02 V70XC. I am on my second one from volvo and every year when winter comes it starts making serious noise. I can only assume that the quality of the bearings on the motor are in question. The assembly is very easy to remove but appears that it is encapsulated with no means of repair.

Any insight?
