I hope I am welcome, I don't have an XC but I do have a Volvo AWD.

Hi Guys!!

Thanks for the welcome...

I have had my car for 3 1/2 years, second owner.

Only real problems I have in that time were as follows:

ETM, had to pay £550 ($1100) for the pleasure of replacement
Cat replacement, covered under manufactures warranty

Mileage now is 96K miles and it has a full Volvo service history, serviced every 12,000 miles.
