XC90 key fob code

I purchase a XC90 2004 T6 AWD. It only have one key. So I purchase 3 more. I fully understand that the metal key would be dealer only. Therefore I got 3 more from an Internet dealer. No problem there.

Then I also purchase 3 key Fob on eBay with the understanding that a dealer can program it. I was just informed that the key fob need key code to work. Does anyone know how to get key code base on the key FOBs or I am just out of money for purchasing the key fobs.

The key fobs should come with a serial number stuck to it. The dealer need those numbers to program your car to recognize those keys.

That sticker is an absolute necessarily, without it, the FOB is useless as it can not be programed into the car. Therefore the 3 cheap key FOB I got from eBay is useless. Lesson learned, no wonder they are that cheap!
