Front Grill... I hate that the front of the radiator is so exposed, I drive about 62 miles daily mostly highway. It just cant be good to be exposed and I think it looks stupid. Any company make an insert?

Handle Bars... this thing isn't a bicycle why is there a giant bar under the arm rest? Can i take it out with out removing the arm rest?

Exhaust... I really would like a deeper exhaust, I'm a teenager I want loud but not a ricer. Also the look twin tips, on each side of the car and fits into the rear lower valance a bit more.

Would that fit onto an XC or is there an equivalent?

Wheels... I think i'm going to order a set of the Pegasus 17" wheel's what size tires do I need to get on them to not screw up my spedometer. Is there a chart some where I keep overlooking?

There's a previous thread about this here (http://www.volvoxc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=72&highlight=grill+radiator).

That's for the non-teenage passengers who ride with you to hold on for dear life. :D I'm not sure if you can remove it but it'll probably leave ugly holes if you can. Can't help you with the exhaust upgrade, but lots of folks have done them. Try searching on "exhaust" or some such.

I think you'll need 235/55-17. Go to tirerack.com and you can enter your make/model to look for tires that will fit.

Fabulous car, looks very nice in white actually. I'am afraid that in Ireland I cannot use low profiles because the roads are very bad and the potholes very deep...

Ireland sounds like Pittsburgh. Is it cloudy all the time too?

I am considering going to 17" Pegs with summer tires. (My '01 XC is white - the picture is an inspiration to me) The original 16" Tellus wheels will be reserved for snow tires and the (somewhat deeper) potholes of winter. With our roads, I would never consider anything more than 17" any time of the year.
