Light Behind Defrost & Seat Warmers

I have an 2003 XC and wanted to know if there is supposed to be a light to light up the defrost (front & rear) and both seat warmers. The rest of my center console buttons/lights are fine but there is no backlight behingd those 4 buttons and I cna't believe that there isn't supposed to be.

I have to turn the interior lights on at night to find them.

Next questions is if ther eis, I wonder what it would cost to replace it. Probably take the entire center dash out and at dealer prices that will probably be a few hundred $$$.

Not much of a problem to do it yourself. The bulb cost $18 if I remember correctly. I've also had the dealership do one to the tune of $60 something.
