Volvo XC70 2001 - Navigation System with CD changer...

Hi there! New owner of a full equiped dark blue 2001 xc70 (going well in my driveway with my old dark blue 1992 240!).

But... But... Maybe somebody can help with this :

One cd in the 6 cd changer in the back of the car is a little scrached and the system giving my some error reading disc. I know NAVTEK seems not making new updates in CD version (i wrote to navteq and nobody awnsers me) because the only Nav System CD's is year 2001.. Others is DVD system.

Anybody have a solution? I've looked on ebay, nothing on cd's. Looked on Limewire or one some torrents to possibly download a copy of this... Niet...

You can try like parts stores that sells swedish car parts such as volvo/saab. Hey, they sell all kind of parts. Its worth a try! good luck!

Here in Sweden i know the last update is May 05.
But thats a Swedish update..the other side of the Atlantic i do not know.

In November 2005 Volvo released a 19-Cd set covering most of the EU-countries for Euro 175,-. I suggest you contact Volvo to see if an update for USA/Canada is available
