Brake boost pump/Vacuum diagram/Vadis?

Looking for a vacuum diagram for the 2001 XC70
My brake booster is hissing at us .......bellows failed...... on a 5 year old car :rolleyes: .........and I want to block of the vacuum until I can find the part and fix it.
I dont want to buy the boost pump from the stealership and pay twice what I should for it.

Blocking off vacuum to the brake booster? I suggest not a safe idea. If you do, you can disconnect the large hose connect to the booster, and another near the radiator above the ram air ducts.

Yes, $500 for the part and almost $500 for labor, that is a BIG bitter pill to swallow on a car with less than 70K on it.

I am thinking we should have bought a new mini-van instead. :rolleyes:
I cant even buy the part aftermarket [cussing]
