Take over lease/ buy out?

I have a crystal green 2004 XC-70 with just over 40K all-highway miles. Wondering if there's any interest in taking over the lease, which is up a year from September (september 2007). The buyout at that point is $18K.

You could try posting it on one of the lease trade sites like www.leasetrader.com. Its all going to depend on the specifics of the lease. $/month, miles left, overage rate, etc. How many miles are left in the lease?

Check out swapalease.com to see if your lease payments are competitive and to see if you need to offer an incentive to the lease assumer. Have you tried listing it in craigslist? Sold my last car there in 2 days.
