My car is a "pseudo" XC-R as IPD calls it (many top line IPD parts).
I have an interesting problem (or great feature)..
Since the install of of campaign 155 (but not 149 or others
.. I got the list), my car now likes to turn on the cabin fan (heat/ac fan)
*AFTER* the ignition is off and I have left and locked the car.
Is there a cabin sensor that turns on the fan if things get too warm?
The cabin temp was quite warm due to the sun (Texas sunshine) and
I would not be surprised if the cabin temp was over 130F.
My concern is that I could not get the fan to turn off until I
turned the key on and started the car. This makes me wonder
if the cabin fan will turn on & off (like the radiator fans) and eventually
drain the battery.
Note: With the key off. none of the console controls would turn off
the fan. Even exiting the car, relocking it, and then re-entering would
not stop the fans.
Is this a problem?
