I just had the volvo factory hitch installed to tow a boat trailer. The volvo wiring plug at the hitch is a four pin flat connector. My trailer has a five pin plug. The fifth pin is used to deactivate the surge breaks on the trailer while backing up...it is supposed to be tied into the backup lights. Has anyone else encountered this issue or know if Volvo has a five pin connector? Thanks!
