Replaced XC70 5 cylinder turbo engine and having trouble turnig on, It will crank but will not fire up. I have tried a lot of things and resulting in nothing, like checking sensors, fuses. I dont know if the ignition switch has something to do with it. I do get diagnostic codes P2126, P2121, P2122, P0336. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

That's interesting! So, it will crank but not fire. It seems like the PCM isnt senting a signal to the injectors. Is there fuel pressure? Why was the engine replaced? About the DTCs, I tired to find it at Alldata but is not listed to be searched. Try Volvo VADIS!

two main problems for crank no fire: check if the CPS (crankshaft position sensor) is sending a signal to the PCM, and/or the PCM is bad. Check if the PCM fuse is blown.

The engine was replaced because it was overheated, and heads and other things got damage. I found a used engine for a good price and decided to do that. The engine models are exactly alike. I do have fuel pressure, and I have changed the CPS from my 1st engine. I have tried both.

Could you ask a Volvo dealer if some software upgrades/settings are needed after changing the engine?
