I own a 99 V70 XC w/ 177,000 miles on it. I know, alot of highway and family driving. Have not taken good care of the car, but it still runs ok (no ETB issues yet, even though car contains the faulty one). Regularly change the oil w/Mobil 1 Synthetic, changed the plugs once and replaced the MAF and O2 upstream sensor, along w/a new set of tires. As you can tell, not alot. Neglected to have the regular dealer checkups (60,000, 100,000 and 150,000 mile) performed on the car.
Car is definitely not as peppy as it was when it was new. How can I tell if Turbo unit is working or not working?
