turn on inside rear lights?

Does anyone know how to turn on the inside lights over the rear seats without having to resort to opening the doors? I've yet to get this one. I always have to crack the door to light up the back so I can find something back there or check the kids.

It will be great once they give the owner more control over these things with an interface like the new V50 has...

I'm not sure what this new interface is, but you'd think they'd just have a port you could plug in a PC and change whatever settings you want yourself, including timing, turbo, transmission, etc.

that's werid. MY2002 turns on both front and rear.

I take that back, it does turn on both. But there is no way to turn on just the back lights without opening the doors or turning on all lights. This isn't good while driving at night, but sometimes necessary to check on kids.

Each one? I thought there was only one center light in back. Besides, I can't reach back there while driving!
