Front winshield washer: no fluid, loose tube

No fluid onto the winshield when the washer stalk is pulled. I can hear the pump working, and there's plenty of fluid going onto the headlamp washers. I opened the hood and see a looses tubing sticking up right next to the washer reservoir, and it looks to be the same size/type of tubing that's running up to the windshield sprayers . . . . OK, anyone know where I plug it back in? Where is the pump motor located and where on that is the nozzle that feeds the windshield tube?

You have two pump motors (front and rear) under the washing fluid tank. Good luck.
