Hey, the paint is comming OFF!!!

I just descovered that the paint is comming off the Alu-lists besides the windshield and along the roof/rails...

Volvo says: If the car is older tha 4 years the warranty doesn't cover that fault!

I say: Oh man!

After some discussion with Volvo here in Sweden they say they'll pay 60% of the cost (full cost about $820)

Is there somone else that have this problem? I have uploaded a picture of the problem here...

Very common problem especially on the 01-02 models. do a search and you will find other photos posted that look just like yours. Allo you can do is replace them. Mine was replaced 2 years ago and so far no more problem,

Definitely do a search on this topic.

I had no problem at my dealer in US, Michigan. It mostly affected the ash gold.

It was a paint process issue and Volvo knows about this issue.
