Autolocking of doors

Does anyone know if it is possible to set car so that doors will belocked when car start to move? I have 2002 xc70 and dealer says that it is not possible! Does anyone have it?

It is possible. Try a search for "autolock" and "vadis" and you should get the vadis download code.

My dealer sayed (CAR DO NOT HAVE AUTO LOCK FEATURE"

Is that right??

My car is 2002 V70XC

I showed them this file

But they sayed that it is not mentioned in manual so it do not exist??

I am beginning to find that some dealers are MEATSTICKS!

Example:

A certain Volvo dealer quotes me nearly $400.00 for a key and key fob for our 2001 XC.

Another dealer quotes me $250.00 for the same thing.

I am fortunate to have a few to choose from.
I cant imagine living in an area where the nearest dealer is 50 miles away :rolleyes:

I paid ~$325 for 2 fobs (half of which was for labor). Got the same ~quote from 2 different dealers...
