Art's been so kind as to provide us with a set of extremely useful service how to PDF files for the 2001 V70XC. Some of this information is probably applicable to later V70XC's and XC70's, and perhaps helpful for the XC90 as well. Would be interested in hearing feedback on this note.

Check them out at http://www.volvoxc.com/resources/how-to/ and as always, be sure to read the disclaimer (http://www.volvoxc.com/resources/disclaimer.html) prior to using any of the information provided here or anywhere else on the site.

Cheers!

Taylor

Thanks Art and Coastal for the PDFs!!

I'm just about to pay $30 for the dealer to put on my new Mintex brake pads.
Now I'll do that myself. :D

Taylor and Art; Truly excellent, I've been wondering why there are not more of these. It seems crazy to keep repeating info for members when they submit queries, much better that detailed "how tos" and "what the parts look like" could reside in the resources section.

The only question is how to (no pun intended) get them up there without having to pester Coastal...

I might even invest in a late full copy of Acrobat, unless somebody has a lower cost way of doing it.

Thanks Guys,

Thanks for the comments guys and thanks again to Art for getting these to me!

No need to purchase a copy of Acrobat, there is an Open Source package that installs as a printer driver which can generate PDF files for ya.

Also, quite a few other text file formats will work well too, such as Microsoft Word, HTML, or plain text.
