My 2002 V70 XC needs "Fuel Pipe 8627879". Volvo no longer carries it, & I can't find it anywhere on the web.

What can I replace it with?

I maybe able to get a new line made, but they ask me what type of fittings are needed, and I don't know as I'm still driving the car.

...consider getting a used one from a wrecker, like erievovo.com (you will likely have to phone them) and tell them you want it so you can have it made locally. Then you can tell your favorite line-maker to just copy the used line.

Many auto parts stores (and most no-kidding truckstops with 24/7 service) have the equipment and stock (from Seagelok or someone else) to make up fuel hoses. Alternatively, a company like the one at this link ---> https://www.linestogo.com/custom-hoses/ may be able to make one up and send it back to you once you have one for them to copy.
