Noise turning left

When turning left at low speed I hear a low fluttering sound. There is no sound while turning right. I seem to remember that this might be indicative of something but can't remember what.

Outer CV joint, if it’s just when the when the wheel is turned.

If the noise happens in a corner (load on the opposite side) then it’s your right wheel hub, the bearing is going bad.

I am a little confused, my usual state. If I am turning left, the steering wheel is turned and I am going around a corner so I don't see how to distinguish between a wheel bearing and an outer CV joint.

If I am turning left is the load then on the right wheel?
