Video or tutorial on engine removal with subframe?

04 XC. Fairly explanatory title. Really looking for a way to do this in my driveway without too much lifting the car up very high off of the ground. Thanks for any suggestions.

I've only done this with a lift - After I drop the subframe with the engine/trans onto a rolling platform, you have to lift the car above that assembly to be able to move it out of the way- how tall is the engine? 30 inches or so? Add the height of whatever you put the subframe/engine/trans on to move it - the lowest thing I could think of would be some sort of maybe furniture mover(s) with castors. (if they could hold the weight)

How could you temporarily lift the body up that high? I can think of some dangerous ways to do it :o
