For the 2004 XC70, is there one set or two sets of emergency brake shoes? Many replacement shoe and spring kits show enough parts for two wheels.

is there one set or two sets of emergency brake shoes?

There are two emergency brake shoes inside the "drum" of each rear brake disc, meaning a set is 4 brake shoes.
