Do any of you have the volvo child Car seat booster? We need one for our middle seat. Is it worth buying. Do any of you know where we might be able to buy one on line

Thanks

We have the child boosters, but for the right and left rear seats, I did not know they also exist for the middle seat. They are great though !

There may be a misunderstanding. I meant the child car seat that can be bought from volvo. I did not mean the integrated booster. Sorry.

Heard the Britax are the best seats in the business. I haven't heard anything bad about them except for the high prices they command for their unparalled safety.

There is one problem. The seat has to go in the middle. The majority of the seat bases have been to wide for the volvo and actually cover the seatbealt conections for the child on either side. Do you have any idea about the widths of the seats you mentioned.

We have a britax in the middle rear facing position. You can lift the seat up and place the female end of the seatbelt in a flat position under the seat. If you don't it will break when the seat is installed tightly. It does kill one of the outboard beltable positions, but I'm personally more concerned with safety 95% of the time than the 5% of the time we actually have to use that seat.

I'd never own a seat other than Britax. They are the only company that has their own crash testing sled specifically for child seats.
