2001 XC70 vibration at 2 an 3 K

I have a 2001 V79XC that vibrates at 2000 rpm and 3000 rpm exactly.
It vibrates more under loads such as with extra people or going up hill.
The vibration is kinda of like resonance frequency of a gear, shaft or bearing,
Has anyone seen this before on theirs at about 40 to 50 thousand miles?

These vibrations are a known thing with the diesels, this is the first time I read about them here (not many diesel owners -:)
Of course they could have the same cause (but perhaps the diesel engine makes ir t easier for resonances to come alive) so if you do a search on this item on a forum where more members drive diesels (such as swedespeed or volvospy) you may find some help there.
