Bad Turbo on 98 XC-V70

Hello,

I need help on where to find a replacement turbo for my 2.5L turbo XC-V70. I just have the heads overhauled along with my 90K service. My mechanic said the turbo unit is very sticky. Need help on finding a replacement or a rebuilt kit. Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks.
