Just got the XC back from the selling dealer .... it took two full days. From the worksheet it looks like they installed an update. The service rep told me that they re-installed "everything" and then added the update. When I pressed him he implied that something was downloaded incorrectly during the 7500 check. With my apvl they test drove it 57 miles (some one took it home overnight) and so far no fault msg. I hope they got it this time. The first "fix" lasted 1000 miles and the second 150 ... so we'll see. They also checked the Cruise Control and said it was a related fault and is now working.
