Hi daniel,
On the volvocars.com home page there is a link to the costumer service (http://vcc.volvocars.se/customerservice)of volvo sweden. I have their mailing adres at home (that's were I had to send my warranty papers) so I can PM that to you later if you need it.

Yes the problem persist.2 months and NO answer,no phone from my dealer!

this is a adress for global customer relation...., and  i speak phone with volvo sweden and nothing hapened!!!
They contact me dealer volvo and now my car is in service.2 days and they(sweden volvo) don't now what is a problem.

What can i do in this case?...please help.

For 7 days my car rest in service and nothing hapened.
Today i give e-mail from Global Customer Relations Manager.

"We hope that you will find time to complete our survey and look forward to receiving your reply."
