Hi, everyone, I recently bought a 2010 XC60. Inside the center console are ports for an MP3 player and a USB flash drive. The MP3 player works fine, but when I insert a flash drive into the USB port, I get a message of "unreadable." I have tried different flash drives, all formatted according to the information in the XC60 user's manual, but I get the same result.
I asked the service manage at the local Volvo dealership about this problem, and he was not helpful. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
