Corroded/broken brake hose bracket, 90k on 2012, safety issue

Heads up on this potentially common safety concern.
Seems absurd, all my Volvo’s from many years prior and double the mileage didn’t have this happen. Common?
Struts otherwise fine would be shame to replace. Anyone deal with this?

Considered using a hose clamp to secure the bracket to the strut?
