As the title says - what does the "FFM2 ENG. ACOUSTIC SIGNAL" relay do? It's in the fuse box under the hood on a Volvo V70XC 2002.
After pulling the key from the engine, I get a noticeably loud electrical buzz/whine noise from somewhere directly within the engine that draws around ~2.1A. If I pull this relay then the sound stops and the amps drop back down to 0.4A (which is still too high).
I can't find a single thing about this relay on the internet. Shares the same relay as FFM4 PASS.COMP / CLEANING SYSTEM - i'd love to know what this does too.
Any ideas?
