Hello to everyone !

Getting pretty excited, about to go place order for my 2004 XC !!!  http://xc70.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif  After one year of carefull research and thanks to all on this boards !!! http://xc70.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif  I have read more than enought and I am convince !!! Anyways, quick question, is there a SunRoof deflector or not and if yes any point using it http://xc70.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

If you like your sunroof open on the highway you better get it. at 70mph the buffeting gets real bad unless you open the rear windows a few inches. That gets too loud.....

Volvo does not have an add on deflector and because of the lenght of the interior, a resonance sets up at speed. I don't know if an add on will help. I don't have them because they would interfere with my roof top carries. -Dick

I had a sunroof deflector on my 4Runner.  It was essentiallly useless, providing no reduction of buffeting at speed and actually increased windnoise when the sunroof was closed.
