Axle bolt torque spec ?

Re: 2001 V70 XC; passenger from axle botl.
Apology to bothering the Forum again, but, from on-line searches, I am finding different torque specs ranging from 20NM + 90 degree to 35 Nm + 90 degrees. That's a big difference.

Can someone, please, tell me the correct torque spec ?

I always use 25 ft/lb (35NM) and 90 degrees. 20NM is only 14 ft/lb which is barely more than finger-tight.
