There is exhaust smoke coming to the interior of my S70 form the heater grill. How can that be possible ? Maybe I have been inhaling that air for a while now. This seems to be a pretty serious problem….Any one else knows about this problem ??

Please give me a little more detail...  What makes you think you're getting exhaust smoke&  Does it smell like exhaust, or you just get "smoke" in?  Do you live in a high humidity environment?

I used to have a V70 and two things would happen:  during high humidity summer days, I'd get condensation shooting for the vents.  Second, I had a heater core leakage which caused my windows to fog during winter.  The first encoutner (condensation) did not have any smell, while the leak had a burned sugar smell.

I hope you have mistakenly taken the condensation as smoke, else you're in trouble!  signs that you're getting exhaust fumes in the car are the following:

1) hitchy eyes
2) headhaches
3) drowsiness

Those are signs from CO poisoning.  The only way to get CO out of your system is soujourn in hyperbaric chamber (as for SCUBA diving decompression accidents)...

Definitively is smoke, maybe not from the exhaust, and yes I realize it when I got all the symptoms you mentioned. I will take the car to my mechanic (ex Volvo mechanic) next week to give me a diagnosis. I will keep you all informed.
