01 V70 XC - Torque Mount Bushing - Question

About 5 years or so ago I replaced the round (top engine) Torque Mount Bushing with a "Volvo Performance Torque Mount Bushing Round - Elevate 270:20009" that I acquired from FCP, specifically Part # ELE-27020009. https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo-v70-engine-mount-bushings-round

A few weeks back I replaced the (lower front) Torque Rod and while doing so I noticed a great deal of movement at the top bushing and decided to investigate. Now I can't remember if when originally installed if this 3 piece (2 bushings + aluminum insert) fit tightly into the actual TQ mount inside diameter or not, but I'm guessing not.

So, my question is; should the 2 bushings insert tightly to the diameter of TQ mount or not?

Yes but it too may be worn out. The poly bushings also wear out especially if it was not tight to begin with.
I would replace it with a STOCK Volvo top mount assembly.
Nice and smooth, no vibration, etc
