First off - new member, 1st time posting.

I joined because I came across this post:

http://www.volvoxc.com/forums/showthread.php?24498-Trying-to-get-to-the-bottom-of-my-quot-mystery-quot-problems-CEM-failure-in-with-heat

In it @Forkster describes adding a cooling fan to his CEM but I am hoping he or someone else can go into more detail on this. We live in Portland and 3-4 times a year when it gets over 90/95 degrees the CEM acts up and either will not start or starts in limp mode. I can send it to Xemodex and have them add a heat sink and fan for $120 but I would rather spend $15 and try it myself.

I assume you use something like this to power the fan?

and the fan itself?

Some actual parts and a few more details would be very helpful. Thanks
